CHRIS
Born and raised in Waterloo, Chris comes from a long line of Mosers who first emigrated to Wellesley in the 1800s.
As a Waterloo Region native, he started his landscaping business over 40 years ago in Waterloo.
Chris’ entrepreneurial drive has fostered strong connections in Waterloo Region, within both the business and broader community.
Giving back to his community is at the epicentre of who Chris is.
He is a dedicated member and supporter of White Hackle Council for the Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada based in Cambridge, Hospice Waterloo Region, Food4Kids Waterloo Region, and local sports leagues and organizations.

BETTER MANAGEMENT OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Taxpayers depend on safe roads, reliable drinking water, and essential services every day.
Chris will push for short-, mid- and long-term plans for regional infrastructure, with clear priorities for maintenance, repair, replacement, and investment.
The goal is simple:
Build it well. Maintain it properly. Plan for the future.
PREPARING FOR THE NEW HOSPITAL
The new hospital represents an important investment in the future of the Waterloo Region.
Chris will advocate for transparent budgeting around the Region’s share of the project and strong accountability for the outcomes residents expect.
Major investments require major accountability.
HOUSING PEOPLE CAN AFFORD
The Waterloo Region needs more housing than people can actually afford.
Chris will support practical partnerships with Municipalities and Province to reduce unnecessary red tape and address bottlenecks, to help get homes built for everyone.
We need proven solutions that move projects from planning to construction.
I am tired of personally seeing

- deteriorating roads and infrastructure
- poor decisions
- lack of accountability
- mismanagement of resources
- absence of sound fiscal responsibility
I am a concerned citizen. Sitting on the sidelines is no longer an option.

The Region of Waterloo is situated on the lands within the Haldimand Treaty of 1784, a formally ratified agreement acknowledging six miles on either side of the Grand River as treaty territory belonging to Six Nations of the Grand River. The Region of Waterloo serves an area within the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Chonnonton and Haudenosaunee peoples. This territory is within the lands protected by the Dish with One Spoon wampum. We acknowledge the enduring presence, knowledge and philosophies of Indigenous Peoples. We acknowledge the continuing accomplishments and contributions Indigenous Peoples make in shaping Waterloo Region.
